TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The purchase and sale of currencies in the exchange office is carried out according to the current displayed exchange rates at the branches.
2. The company reserves the right to change the exchange rate during the opening hours.
3. The exchange rate ticket is made every day before the opening of the shop, and it may change during the day.
4. The publication of the exchange rate ticket on the website is for information purposes. The information contained therein is NOT legally enforceable.The exchange is always governed in accordance with Article I. point 1. Although the information is updated regularly during the working day, for technical reasons it may not appear on the website.All legally required information is available in printed form at the branch, where the Client can view it during working hours.
5. The exchange of foreign currency for euro cannot be paid for with payment cards. From the law"The foreign exchange licence authorises its holder to carry out transactions in foreign exchange within the scope of foreign exchange activity, the object of which is the sale of monetary instruments in foreign currency for euro in cash."
6. Upon receipt of the paid amount, the client is obliged to check the banknotes and to count the money received; later claims will not be accepted.
7. The exchange office is not obliged to exchange money.
8.The exchange office is open during the following hours:
Mon-Fri: 10:00-18:00
Sat-Sun: CLOSED

EXCHANGE OFFICE CONDITIONS FOR CURRENCY TRADING

Article II

1. Currency exchange is free of charge.
2. Before each currency exchange, the client receives information about the future trade where the currency that the client is selling or buying and how much he/she will receive or pay in euros is indicated. The currency deduction is made in two copies, one of which is given to the client and the other to the company.
3. For transactions over EUR 1,000 we require the presentation of an identity card / ID , PAS /
4. For trades over 15,000 euros, the company requires the customer to verify the origin of the money and an affidavit signed by the customer. 5. The company buys CZK , GBP , PLN , CHF , HUF coins in any quantity.
6. The company also buys overdue banknotes : GBP , CHF , CZK , HUF , HRK and USD.
7.The Company is obliged to pay the client the full amount stated in the currency exchange deduction, but is NOT OBLIGATED to pay it in the banknotes specified by the client.
8. The Company reserves the right to refuse damaged banknotes and not to make currency exchanges unless the banknotes pass the staff inspection.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) , which repeals Directive 95/46/EC, and in accordance with Art. No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection ofpersonal data, we inform our clients that:

1. Entering your e-mail address is solely for the purpose of enabling us to reply to your message.
2. We do not use your e-mail address for marketing purposes and do not disclose it to third parties.
3. By entering your e-mail address, you agree to its processing for the purpose of a reply from the Company.
